Initial Consultation
All new patients will require an initial consultation. During this first appointment, Matthew will take your case history to develop his understanding of your medical background and the presenting issues. Following this, Matthew will examine you and provide you with information and advice regarding treatment. Having discussed treatment options, Matthew will then provide your treatment, based on your individual needs.
Follow Up Treatments
Most patients require a course of treatment (typically three or four sessions) to improve their condition, decrease pain and realign body mechanics. Patients with ongoing conditions may opt for a maintenance treatment every few weeks to keep their symptoms at bay. These can be booked for 30 minutes or one hour. Follow up treatments may include soft tissue work, manipulation, acupuncture, kinesiotape, cranial treatment and the option of shockwave therapy. All treatment options will be discussed with you and tailored to your individual needs.
